Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company Appoints Cluttons as Property Managers for the Financial Centre
Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company (BFHHC) today announced that it has appointed internationally renowned real estate consultants Cluttons as Property Managers for the Financial Centre at the US$ 3 billion Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH).
Commenting on the appointment and role of Cluttons, Mr. Stephen Rothel, Chief Executive Officer, BFHHC, said: "Cluttons' new role as Property Managers for the Financial Centre is in addition to their existing engagement as Leasing, Sales & Marketing Agents for BFH. With their rich expertise and excellent track record, Cluttons will ensure our clients the highest degree of property services and resources. Cluttons brings a high level of skill in managing properties tailored to the financial services industry. Their selection is a result of an exhaustive global selection process that was undertaken. Additionally, a key contributor to our decision of selecting Cluttons for the task was the hard work, commitment and expertise that they have displayed in their existing relationship with BFH as Leasing, Sales and Marketing Agents.
To ensure optimal operational efficiency, Cluttons has assigned a dedicated onsite team to BFH supported by expertise from its teams in London and Cluttons' other international offices. Furthermore, with an aim of creating a seamless delivery mechanism Cluttons will also deploy an exclusive state-of-the-art property management system that will be linked to Cluttons international network.
Cluttons will prepare and implement all the operational and management procedures to ensure that the project operates efficiently from the date of practical completion. This will require close coordination with the construction teams on the handover and commissioning of the project. Cluttons' services also extend to maintenance and tenants supervision and all accounting functions.
