Tenancy agreement signed for prestigious Capital Club in Bahrain Financial Harbour

   o Signature Clubs International signs Agreement with Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company to develop and operate the high-profile business club on the 51st & 52nd floors of the East Tower covering an area of 1,580 sq.m

Manama, Bahrain, 23, January, 2008: Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company (BFHHC) today announced that it has signed a tenancy agreement with Dubai-based Signature Clubs International (SCI), a renowned investor, developer and operator of exclusive private clubs. Under the terms of the agreement Signature Clubs International will establish the Capital Club on the two top floors of Bahrain Financial Harbour's East Tower, levels 51 & 52, covering an area of 1,580 sq.m.

Commenting on the agreement with SCI, Mr. Stephen Rothel, Chief Executive Officer, BFHHC, said: "The signing of this agreement is a giant stride toward delivering high quality business club services to clients and tenants within an integrated financial sector focused development like BFH. We are confident that Capital Club will add significant value enhancing both Bahrain's and BFH's attractiveness as one of the most significant financial and business hubs of the Middle East. SCI is the main investor, the developer and operator of Capital Club Limited, the owning company of the Capital Club. SCI has the support of the Abraaj Capital group, as its lead shareholder.  Other clubs are already being developed in the UAE, Istanbul, Amman as well as Bahrain.
