Abu Dhabi Investment House’s Bahrain Rep office moves to Bahrain’s Landmark: the Bahrain Financial Harbour
Manama, Bahrain - Abu Dhabi Investment House announced today that its Bahrain representative office will move to the Kingdom's landmark project, the Bahrain Financial Harbour, as part of an agreement that was signed recently.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Rashad Y Janahi, Board Member and Managing Director - Abu Dhabi Investment House and Dr. Omar El Mardi, Managing Director, Bahrain Financial Harbour.
Mr. Janahi said, ‘Our move to the Financial Harbour is to provide the right and professional atmosphere to our clients and employees. The space and hi-tech facilities that the Financial Harbour offers are very adequate. To be located at the most prestigious financial district in Bahrain is also crucial for our growth and positioning as a company that aims to serve with the highest standards.'
Dr. Omar said, ‘To have Abu Dhabi Investment House as part of the Financial Harbour goes in line with our strategy to attract reputable regional and international companies. The Financial Harbour is built based on international standards and is a landmark to the Kingdom of Bahrain. We are delighted to have ADIH on board.'
ADIH will be based in the East Tower of the Financial Harbour and will complete its move before end of the year.
At the same time, an agreement was also signed with Mr. Emad Nisnas, Chairman - Optima, the renowned interior design company that was contracted to produce the interior design plans for the new office - based on high and luxurious standards that fit the profile of ADIH.
ADIH has started operations in 2005 and was set up by a group of investors from the region. It currently has representative offices in the Kingdom of Bahrain and in Geneva - with plans to expand internationally. It offers services in: private equity and real estate; corporate finance; wealth management; and investment placement.
ADIH's projects include: The Lagoon - Amwaj Islands (Bahrain), Sunset Hills and Al Areen Homes - Al Areen Development (Bahrain), Porta Reef - Reef Island (Bahrain); Qatar Entertainment City and India Entertainment City; Porta Moda Style City that will be implemented in Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Morocco, Tunisia and India.
