Bahrain Financial Harbour Appoints a new CDO
- Mr. Fotiadis brings over 25 years of international project management and real estate expertise to BFH
Manama, Bahrain, January 19, 2009 - Further strengthening its corporate team, Bahrain Financial Harbour Holding Company (BFHHC) today announced the appointment of Mr. Eric Fotiadis as its new Chief Development and Coordination Officer.
Mr. Fotiadis has a wealth of experience in both construction industry and real estate market, where he has proven himself for over 25 years. He has been acknowledged for his commitment to building corporate value in the projects assigned to him. Prior to joining BFH, Mr. Fotiadis was a Senior Partner at Eric Fotiadis & partners LTD; he has also worked with some of the leading real estate companies in Greece such as Piraeus Bank Real Estate S.A (General Manager), and LAMDA Estate Development S.A.

Mr. Fotiadis holds a Professional degree and an M.Sc degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in New York, a B.Sc degree from Northeastern University in Boston, USA. He is also a professional engineer and member of various professional societies. His skills span leadership, project management, management consulting, strategic sourcing, budgeting etc.
Mr. Fotiadis brings to the company his wide knowledge and broad experience in the construction industry as well as the real estate. He has proven managerial skills and has been acknowledged for his commitment to building corporate value in the projects assigned to him.
